fine city

standing at about 165 meters from the ground, this flyer is supposedly the largest observation wheel in the world. though it doesn't spin very fast (unlike what i have expected - and hoped), the flyer experience is nonetheless one of the most amazing and fun things i've done in singapore.

for someone who prefers vacationing in distant, quiet & laidback places, i never thought i'd enjoy my recent trip to this 'fine city'. this spontaneous trip with two of my best buddies made me understand why it is called the entertainment capital of south east asia.

there's more to it than the usual hustle and bustle of big city life (or the fact that everything there is either automated or moving really, really fast) - there's the clean & green streets, the law-abiding motorists, the pleasant & polite hotel staff, the delicious food at the hawker centers, the endless shopping for sale at sentosa, the amusements at resorts world, the amazing sights & the coolest rides at universal studios. being inside universal studios was like being a little child again. the sight of everything is overwhelming & makes my heart beat faster than usual. (something like that)

it was my second time to visit the fine city. and since i was not able to try all the rides at universal studios, there would surely be a third one... and hopefully very soon :)
